1. Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact information, such as your name, email address, telephone number, and delivery or billing information when needed.
• Inquiry and project details, including session type, preferred date, location, party size, budget range, print interest, apparel specifications, submitted messages, and other information you choose to provide.
• Order, payment-status, proof-approval, pickup, shipment, and customer-service records. Payment card information should be handled by the payment provider and not stored directly by RL Creations unless the site explicitly discloses otherwise.
• Photographs, galleries, uploaded artwork, logos, names, numbers, and other files needed to provide the requested service.
• Limited technical information generated when the site is used, such as browser or device information, IP address, security logs, and essential storage or cookies. If analytics or advertising tools are added, this notice must be updated before or when they are activated.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• Respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, schedule sessions, communicate about projects, and provide customer support.
• Create, edit, deliver, print, manufacture, package, ship, and document photography or apparel work.
• Maintain business, accounting, tax, security, consent, and transaction records.
• Protect the site, prevent misuse, troubleshoot problems, and improve services.
• Send marketing messages only when permitted. You may ask us to stop non-transactional marketing messages at any time.

3. When information is shared

We do not sell personal information. We may share information only as reasonably needed with service providers that support the business, such as website hosting, database, authentication, email, file storage, payment, professional print labs, product manufacturers, shipping carriers, accountants, and technical support. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. Service providers receive only the information reasonably needed for their role.

4. Photographs and portfolio use

Client photographs are not used in the RL Creations portfolio, website, social media, advertising, or other promotional materials unless the client provides separate written permission. Permission involving a minor must come from a parent or legal guardian. A client may ask about withdrawing future promotional use, although withdrawal cannot undo material already lawfully printed, published, or shared.

5. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide services and maintain appropriate business, accounting, tax, consent, security, dispute, and legal records. Online photography galleries are normally available for 90 calendar days as described in the Policies, but project files, backups, transaction records, and legal records may follow different retention periods. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and limit access to people and providers who need the information. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

6. Children and minors

The website inquiry forms are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian should submit inquiries and approvals involving a child. Please do not ask a minor to submit sensitive personal information through the site.

7. Your choices and requests

You may contact us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of personal information we maintain about you. Some information may need to be retained for active projects, accounting, tax, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, consent records, or other legal obligations. We may need to verify the request before acting.

8. External links and third-party services

The site may link to or use third-party services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review those terms when you choose to use the service.

9. Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website, services, or legal requirements change. The revised date will appear at the top of the page. Material changes should be highlighted when practical.
